1. Timings & Admission

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Hourly Stay: Available at a flat rate of ₹100 per hour.
  • Breakfast: Served strictly between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. No breakfast will be provided before or after this time frame.
  • Local Guests: The admission of local residents/guests is solely at the discretion of Kush Stay management. Management reserves the right to deny entry without explanation.

2. Flexible 30-Day/Bed Passes (Valid for 1 Year)

We offer fully flexible bulk passes that can be shared, transferred, or used for groups (e.g., redeeming 8 or 16 beds on a single day), subject strictly to bed availability:

  • Non-AC Pass (₹6,000): Provides 30 Non-AC beds/days. Pass holders may upgrade a bed to an AC room for an additional charge of ₹40 per bed (e.g., 8 beds upgraded = ₹320 extra).
  • AC Pass (₹7,500): Provides 30 AC beds/days. Pass holders may choose to sleep in a Non-AC room if desired; however, no refunds or price adjustments will be provided for downgrading.

3. Code of Conduct & Silence Policy

  • Strict Silence: Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode inside the sleeping areas. Use of earphones/headphones is mandatory when consuming audio or video. Guests must remain quiet so as not to disturb others. Any guest causing a disturbance will be removed immediately from the premises without any refund.
  • Zero Tolerance: Consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any unlawful activities within Kush Stay properties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

4. Lockers & Illegal Items

Lockers are provided for the convenience of our guests. However, storing illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items inside the lockers is strictly forbidden and remains the sole responsibility of the customer. Kush Stay management holds absolutely no liability and will not protect, support, or assist any individual involved in criminal or illegal activities.

5. Strict No-Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUND provided at any cost or under any circumstances. Guests are strongly advised to read the rules, check availability, and book wisely to ensure a safe stay and avoid any quarrels or disputes with management.

6. IT & Travel Services

  • Website Design and Hosting packages are valid for the agreed 1-year term. Renewals are subject to standard pricing.
  • Flight bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airlines. TECHUB ENTERPRISES acts purely as a booking facilitator.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harda, Madhya Pradesh.
